Tabatas Timer Privacy Policy

In short: Tabatas Timer uses Apple Health to show your heart rate during workouts and to save your workouts to the Health app. Everything stays on your iPhone and Apple Watch. We don't collect, store, sell, or share any of your information.

Health information Tabatas Timer uses

With your permission, Tabatas Timer uses Apple HealthKit on your iPhone and Apple Watch to:

You choose which permissions to grant when the app first asks, and you can change them at any time.

How that information is used

Health data is used only to run your workouts, show your stats in the app, and save your workouts to the Health app. When you start a workout from your iPhone, workout information is passed directly between your iPhone and your paired Apple Watch using Apple's built-in connection between the two devices. It is never sent to us or to any server.
